Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during activities for camp updates or promotional purposes.
Images will only be used where parents have provided consent during registration.

Active Kids Holiday Camps operates as an activity-based holiday provision and is exempt from Ofsted registration under the Childcare Act 2006.
Our camps provide structured recreational activities such as sports, games and creative sessions rather than childcare provision.
Although we are not required to register with Ofsted, we follow recognised safeguarding and welfare procedures. All staff hold enhanced DBS checks, camps are led by a designated safeguarding lead, and appropriate staff ratios and risk assessments are maintained.
